COACHES ARE ALWAYS NEEDED AND WELCOMED, but must be CASE trained (once every three years).

Volunteers must sign the Diocesan Volunteer Code of Conduct for adults. See Diocesan Volunteer Code of Conduct for Minors (under the age of 18)

Volunteers under age 18 must sign the Diocesan Volunteer Code of Conduct for Minors.

Volunteers must undergo a Criminal Record Check (18 and older) before they begin their volunteer work;

Volunteers must complete the volunteer training either online or in person within three months of beginning their work. NEW: Volunteers need to create their own account with their own peresonal username and password 

Volunteers are required to retrain every three years.

Send your signed volunteer code of conduct, criminal record check (for 18 years of age and older), cope of your driver's license or social security number or passport, certificate of CASE online training completion and quiz results to the parish office at: Melissa Mang, Peace of Christ Parish, 25 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY 14609. ​Thank you!

Chris Desso Award:

 Our annual Chris Desso Award is in honor of the late Chris Desso. Chris was a sophomore at McQuaid High School when he was struck and killed while riding his bicycle home on October 29, 1994. He was a graduate of St. Ambrose and Northeastern Catholic Junior High School . Chris played Eastside Little League Baseball for seven years and participated in CYO Basketball through St. John the Evangelist with his cousins. He was a life member of Boy Scout Troop No. 231 and achieved the rank of Star. Chris had an amazing passion for life that showed by always going the extra mile to help others. The Chris Desso Award is given to one player on each team who caries on Chris's Passion for life and sports.
