The 800 Mile Wall highlights the construction of the new border walls along the U.S. Mexico border as well as the effect on migrants trying to cross into the U.S. This powerful 90-minute film is an unflinching look at a failed U.S. border strategy that many believe has caused the death of thousands of migrants and violates fundamental human rights.
Sister Janet Korn will be speaking at all of our Sunday Liturgies the weekend of February 11/12.
CHILI SUPPER
Please join the Community Life Committee for the Chili Supper scheduled for February 6 from 6-8 P.M. in St. James Church Hall. The Committee will supply the Chili, including vegetarian chili, macaroni and cheese, salad, bread and drinks. We ask that you bring a dessert and that you indicate what you will bring on the sign up sheet. We really need to have you sign up so we can plan on how much chili to make. Sign up sheets will be in the back of each of the churches. You can bring cards or games to play after dinner. Hope to see you there.
